Apricot & Rosemary Jam FILLED
We’ve just hit peak apricot season, so couldn’t pass up the opportunity to incorporate one of our favourite fruits onto our donut menu for February. We use fresh, local apricots to produce a rosemary-infused apricot jam which we use to generously fill a ball of our yeast-raised dough, before tossing in sugar.
