ORDERING

By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the desired products and services from us. You are not permitted to order any products for resale to a third party. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer you make us, for any reason, including but not limited to if the products requested are not available, payment not being processed successfully, we suspect your order is for commercial purposes or there is the possibility of fraud. Each offer you make to us and accepted by us creates a separate and binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the relevant products. Maximum orders sizes apply, if you have large requirements, please contact us direct by emailing us at hello@short-stop.com.au.

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY

We currently offer delivery in Sydney and Melbourne within 15km driving distance from our stores. Please make sure to enter the address details correctly, to ensure the order arrives at the correct location. If you have entered the incorrect address or there is no one present to receive the order at the address you have supplied, we reserve the right to leave your order at, or near, the door if we deem safe to do so before leaving the premises and you will be charged for your order. If it is not deemed safe to leave the order at, or near, the door due to factors such as exposure to the elements or to theft, then the order will be returned to the nearest Shortstop location for collection by the end of the operating hours for that store on that day. We are unable to refund or reschedule deliveries that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided or if the order is returned to our store for in-person collection.

DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

Our aim is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and factors, such as traffic conditions and weather, may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regard. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered by the time specified in the email and webpage.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before 1pm the day prior to pick up or delivery. To cancel your order, please reply to the confirmation email with details of your cancellation. Once this email has been received, we will process your refund and you should see the funds transferred back to the card on which you made payment within 5-7 business days.
