Yes! We deliver 363 days a year.
HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
Due to the current stay-at-home directions, we have temporarily extended
our delivery range to addresses within 20km driving distance of our stores.
AM I WITHIN THE DELIVERY RANGE?
You can use Google Maps – maps.google.com
to calculate the shortest driving route to Shortstop.
We can deliver to locations further than 20km via a third party courier at an additional cost.
If you would like to enquire about delivery beyond 20km, please email us at email@example.com.
If you selected delivery, entered a delivery address and were charged for “Shipping via delivery” then your order will be delivered*.
*For addresses within 20km driving distance from our shops.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE OR AMENDMENT TO MY ORDER?
Simply send a direct reply to the automated confirmation email that you received
when your order was placed with any updates or changes to your order and we will organise it for you from there.
WHICH STORE WILL I BE PICKING UP IF I CHOOSE “SYDNEY”?
Default pick up location is our Barangaroo store.
Please reply to your confirmation email to notify us if you wish to pick up in Darling Square.
ORDERS FOR MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a spreadsheet which includes:
delivery date, recipient name, addresses and phone numbers of the recipients,
along with the donuts you would like to have and we will organise it for you from there.
For deliveries we require a minimum of a box – our smaller boxes are designed for 5 or 6 donuts.
We will calculate the cost for the total order and reply with an invoice.
WHICH OF YOUR DONUTS ARE VEGAN?
We use free range eggs and cultured butter in all of our donuts.
While we do not currently produce vegan donuts, most of our donuts are vegetarian
(the only exception being the bacon specials we produce from time to time).
DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN FREE DONUTS?
We currently use wheat flour in all of our donuts.

You can view our full menu online.
We love to use ingredients that are fresh and in season,
so we change our menu on the first day of each month.
