Salted Hazelnut Chocolate RAISED

A fluffy raised ring dipped in our house made gianduia*, topped with chopped hazelnuts and fine flakes of sea salt.

*Gianduia is a chocolate spread made with 30% hazelnut paste. Ours is made from scratch with a blend of Callebaut chocolates.
